- Reconciling remittance advices from Med Aid
- Resubmission of rejected claims after corrections
- Assistance with regards to ICD-10 coding
- Complete follow up of all unpaid accounts incl. debt recovery or,
- If claims are not settled by Med Aid, accounts will be E-mailed and/or posted to patients for payment
- Weekly or monthly age analysis done so Practioners are able to view Practice performance.
- Assisting “new practices” with practice set up incl. Providing an electronic footprint and registrations with Med. Aids
- Assisting with marketing strategies, where required
- Supplying of assistive devices eg. crutches, wheelchairs etc.
