Costs are a percentage of the amount that is paid into your account. The percentage will vary from as little as 5% depending on your practice needs and performance.

No, the above is a service we provide with doing your billing so you only pay once the matters are finalized and you have been paid. The costs incurred in debt collecting and resubmissions will be borne by us.

No, we can either use your current software or load your Practice onto our software where we also pay the licence fees for it. We will advise you if your software/programme is outdated and will change you to a more updated programme at no cost to you.

Depending on your practice discipline, claims are lodged immediately on receipt and payouts range from 7-14 days dependant on which Medical Aid administrator and if any quotations/motivations are required.
